14-Day Returns
You may notify us that you wish to return a non-personalised product within 14 days of receiving it.
To begin a return, contact support@deadmemedept.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- Your reason for returning it, although no reason is required when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal
We will provide the return address and instructions. Do not return products directly to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
After notifying us, the product must be sent back within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Products may be inspected and tried on as they would be in a physical store. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To obtain another size or product, return the original item and place a new order.
Personalised Products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are genuinely personalised or produced according to specifications provided by the customer.
Selecting a standard design, colour, or size does not by itself make a product personalised.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where required under applicable consumer law, we will provide a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund at no additional cost.
This policy does not limit any statutory legal guarantee or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been sent.
When an entire order is withdrawn, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at checkout. Additional costs for express or upgraded shipping are not refundable.
Return postage paid by the customer for a change-of-mind return is not refundable.
Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Colour and Print Variations
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings. Small normal variations in print placement or garment-dyed fabric may occur.
This does not affect your rights where a product is defective or materially different from what was advertised.
